Include with your request

Include your Windows version, Presto Cut version, the action that failed, and the exact error message. Never email an AI-provider API key. For licence help, send only the final eight characters of the licence unless support specifically requests another secure verification step.

System requirements

Presto Cut supports 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. Video processing needs sufficient free disk space for source media, proxies and exports. Internet access and your own supported AI-provider API key are required for transcription and AI-assisted features.

Local data

Projects and diagnostics are kept in the user's .prestocut directory. Back up source media and important exports before removing project files.
