These terms govern use of the Presto Cut Windows desktop application. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms.
Licence
A valid purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Presto Cut on the number of computers included in the purchased tier. You may use exported work commercially. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer for circumvention, or share a licence beyond its device allowance except where applicable law permits otherwise.
AppSumo purchases
AppSumo controls marketplace payment, redemption deadlines and refunds. A refund, cancellation or licence deactivation may end access. Upgrades and downgrades apply the device allowance shown for the resulting tier.
Your content and external services
You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for having the rights needed to process it. AI features require your own supported provider account and may incur provider charges. Presto Cut does not control those providers and is not responsible for their availability, output or policies.
Software operation
Keep backups of important source media and projects. Editing and AI suggestions should be reviewed before export. The software is provided without a guarantee that every transcript or edit will be error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Support and termination
Support is available at support@getprestocut.com. We may suspend licences used fraudulently or in material breach of these terms. You may stop using the software and uninstall it at any time.
